My Professional Journey

Since completing my coursework at the University of Utah, the majority of my professional career has been dedicated to competing as a professional volleyball player. From 2022 to 2025, I played internationally in Poland, Italy, and Japan, gaining invaluable experience working across diverse cultures while performing at the highest levels of the sport. I am currently entering my third consecutive season with League One Volleyball (LOVB), an exciting and rapidly growing domestic professional league. Returning to Salt Lake City has allowed me to establish roots, build a family, and complete my degree at the University of Utah following my internship with Intermountain Pilates Training Center. My experiences in elite athletics have shaped my passion for the fitness and wellness industry, equipping me with a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, performance, and human movement. As I look ahead, I am excited to continue building a career that combines my background in high-performance sports with my commitment to helping others improve their health, well-being, and quality of life.

Goal #1 Artifacts

As a part of my internship, I had the opportunity to help my supervisor format and create a new workshop manual for her newest method of teaching called the Soma Method. This was a very hands on and technical job that required a lot of computer and organization skills to help compile alk of the information I was given into a work book. I have attached a few of the pages that I put a lot of work into.

Coursework

I have included some coursework to give some more insight into my internship experience so far. Included is a Student Assessment that I completed halfway through the internship going over my experience so far. The second assignment is a Reflection Journal that gives a snapshot into what working this summer has been like.
